The PSL 9 Team of the Tournament has been announced, with Islamabad United’s Shadab Khan appointed as the captain, while Multan Sultans’ Mohammad Rizwan has been named the 12th man.
The panelists selecting this team include Usman Wahala (PCB Director – International Cricket) and other members such as Danny Morrison, Mark Butcher, Tariq Saeed, and Urooj Mumtaz.

The Multan Sultans’ team, which had played the PSL final four times, succeeded the most in securing spots in the PSL Team of the Tournament. Five players from Multan managed to secure places in the playing 11, and their captain, who is the 12th man, made a total of six players from Multan in this team.
Throughout the tournament, the renowned opening pair from Peshawar Zalmi, Saim and Babar, will continue to open in the tournament’s team.
Speaking of the emerging player, Karachi Kings’ Irfan Khan Niazi succeeded in securing the emerging player position due to his excellent fielding and batting performances.
